Wig Refund Issued but Not in Your Account? Check the Payment Route
If EVUNIA has confirmed that a refund was issued but the money is not visible, check the original payment method and the refund record before looking only at your PayPal balance. First establish whether the store is still assessing the return, has approved it, or has actually issued the refund. Then use the provider’s transaction details to trace the credit. A returned parcel being delivered to the store does not establish that money has already reached your account.

1. Identify the stage and the destination of the refund
Put the order confirmation, return instructions, return tracking and refund email in date order. Check whether the last message says the return is awaiting inspection, the refund is approved, or the refund has been issued. Those descriptions do not give you the same starting point. If no issue confirmation exists, ask EVUNIA which stage has been reached instead of asking your bank to trace a credit that may not yet have been sent. Use the original order reference so a new support conversation does not lose the history.
For approved voluntary returns outside UK and France statutory cancellation rights, EVUNIA’s current policy gives approximately 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection to process the refund to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider crediting time is additional, and the store confirms refund status by email. Do not start that processing period from the day you posted the return, or count the provider’s crediting period from the day you first requested permission to return. Separate UK and France statutory provisions remain in the policy; this US-focused guide does not replace them.
PayPal’s US refund guide directs you to the original funding method and the refund record in Activity, with balance-credit exceptions. Its tracker covers eligible full bank- or card-funded checkout refunds, not every split or partial refund. If you checked out without an account, keep the payment and refund emails and ask which reference applies; do not assume a new account will display an earlier transaction.

2. Use the recorded status to choose whom to contact
PayPal distinguishes a refund being sent to a bank from money being credited. Its US guide gives 1–2 billing cycles for credit-card refunds and generally up to 5 business days for debit cards, sometimes up to 30 days. If completed funds are missing, contact the issuer or bank with the bank reference or original transaction. Use your actual funding method’s period; these are provider estimates, not an EVUNIA promise.
Before contacting anyone, record the refund amount, issue date, currency and the status actually shown. Match them with the original order and funding source, especially if you placed more than one order or received only a partial refund. For example, the reference for an Aurora CF030-01 purchase should come from that order’s payment record, not today’s product price. The current listing can identify the option; it cannot prove what you paid or what has been refunded. Compare like records before deciding that money is missing.
For an unclear store stage or missing refund confirmation, email [email protected] with the order reference and ask whether the refund was issued, when, for what amount, and with which reference. For an issued refund that the provider or issuer is processing, use its official help route with those details. Share only the information needed for the inquiry; do not send passwords, verification codes or a full card number. Keep the response and follow up on the same case if the stated period passes. Tracing a refund does not change return eligibility, and this checklist does not certify that any particular refund has been approved or received.
