Refund Policy

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference to receive return instructions and the return address. Please do not send an item to an address that has not been confirmed for your return.

There is no restocking fee. For voluntary change-of-mind returns outside statutory cancellation rights, the item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with lace uncut and original packaging retained. The buyer pays direct return postage. We refund the product price to the original payment method and do not deduct the original cost of our free shipping. Any customs duties or taxes collected by a third party may need to be reclaimed from that authority or carrier; we do not charge them as a return fee.

UK and France orders: statutory cancellation rights take priority over any conflicting voluntary-return condition above. You may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days of cancellation. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; deductions may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. We refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery charges, without a restocking fee or deduction for our free-shipping costs. You pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of cancellation notification, although we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Bank processing time is additional. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

For an incorrect or defective item, contact us with the order reference and photos. We cover the necessary return postage for confirmed faults or shipping errors. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Please use tracked shipping and retain proof of postage. For voluntary returns outside UK and France statutory cancellation rights, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds. We will confirm the refund status by email.
