Use a soft measuring tape. Measure around your natural hairline, just above your ears and around the nape. Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight.

Also note the distance from your front hairline to the nape and from ear to ear over the crown. Save your measurements to compare with the selected product’s specifications.

Check the selected product’s published cap measurements against your own. “Standard” identifies the available cap option; it is not a universal circumference. If no cap measurement is listed, contact us with your measurements before buying.

Cap construction: the cap is the foundation holding the hair. A listed lace area describes only the lace section, not the full cap circumference. For Elara, the listed lace area is 13 × 6 inches; other styles and options can differ. Check the selected product’s written cap and lace specifications rather than judging fit from model images.

Before trimming lace or changing the wig, try the cap on gently and check its position, comfort and selected colour. Do not cut the lace until you are sure you are keeping the item; alterations affect voluntary return eligibility. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Care for synthetic-fibre wigs: gently detangle from the ends upwards, use products made for synthetic fibre, rinse without rubbing and allow the wig to air dry. Do not use a hot tool unless the selected product states a verified temperature limit. Human-hair products need their own care instructions; do not apply synthetic-fibre guidance to every style.
