Shipping Policy

Shipping to United States, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Kingdom, Canada and France addresses is free. We promise delivery within 15 calendar days after successful payment. We will email your tracking details when your order ships.

If the carrier has not delivered your order by the end of day 15, contact us with your order reference. We will refund USD 10 to your original payment method, even if your order arrives later. This late-delivery compensation does not replace your rights if an order is lost, never shipped or otherwise not delivered. If we cannot ship on time, we will contact you about the delay and your choice to cancel for a full refund.
