Privacy Policy

With your permission, Meta Pixel uses optional cookies to measure page views, product views, shopping bag activity, checkout and completed purchases for advertising. Meta receives browser and device information, page URLs, product identifiers and purchase values. We do not send your checkout contact details through this integration. Use Cookie preferences to allow or reject this tracking; we honour Global Privacy Control. Rejecting does not affect shopping or payment.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and consent time for EVUNIA marketing updates. To unsubscribe, email [email protected].

Your delivery form is kept temporarily in this browser tab when you continue to PayPal. If you choose to save it for next time, your contact and address are stored on this device until you clear them or uncheck the option at your next checkout.

Your shopping bag is stored in your browser. Checkout uses an essential session cookie to associate your browser with your order.

Optional customer accounts store your email, securely hashed password, linked orders, shopping bag and subscription preference. Account cookies keep you signed in. You can sign out at any time. We never store your password as readable text.

We store your order details and the contact and shipping information supplied at checkout and through PayPal to fulfil your order, provide support and maintain transaction records. PayPal handles payment credentials; we do not store your card number. Our hosting provider is Tencent Cloud. We share shipping details with the delivery provider as needed to deliver your order. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries or access and deletion requests, subject to required record retention.
