Can You Change a Wig Order After Paying? Ask Before Reordering
Contact the store promptly with your order reference, the option you purchased and the exact change you want. Ask whether that change is still possible, and wait for confirmation before treating the order as changed or canceled. EVUNIA’s published terms do not promise an automatic post-payment editing window. A request is not an approval, and placing another order does not cancel the first one.

1. State the original selection and the requested change
Find the confirmation or purchase record and note the product name, selected color-and-cut option, quantity and order reference. Keep that original record rather than relying on whichever option a product page opens today. For example, Aurora CF030-01 is Golden Mixed Layers, listed at 16 inches when checked for this guide. ‘Another Aurora’ is not specific enough when the same product page offers multiple cuts and colors. Identify the requested alternative just as clearly.
Send one clear request through the store’s contact route. For EVUNIA, the published contact email is [email protected]. You can write: ‘My order reference is __. I purchased [option reference and quantity]. I would like to change it to [exact requested option], if this is still possible before dispatch. Please confirm the order’s status, whether the change can be made, and any effect on the total or dispatch timing.’ Ask for cancellation instead if that is what you want; do not combine contradictory instructions.
Keep order references, addresses and payment records in the private support conversation. Never send a password, card security code or a sign-in verification code to make a change. EVUNIA’s terms say PayPal payments are marked paid after server verification of the completed payment. That describes payment confirmation, not permission to edit an order. The published terms do not establish a fixed number of minutes or hours in which changes are guaranteed. Another retailer’s deadline is not an EVUNIA policy.

2. Wait for the outcome, then use the appropriate next step
Do not assume the request has stopped fulfillment while you wait. Keep the original confirmation and your request together, and ask for an explicit answer identifying the affected order. If a change is accepted, check the confirmed option, quantity and any stated payment or timing adjustment. If cancellation is accepted, keep the cancellation and any refund confirmation. Avoid paying for a replacement on the assumption that the first transaction has already been reversed; you could otherwise have two active purchases.
If the order cannot be changed or has already been dispatched, ask which next step applies instead of sending it back to an unconfirmed address. For a voluntary return after delivery, EVUNIA’s published conditions give 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with lace uncut and original packaging retained; the buyer pays direct return postage and there is no restocking fee. These are return conditions, not a promise that an attempted pre-dispatch cancellation will succeed.
Distinguish a selection mistake from a fulfillment error. If the received item matches the option you ordered but you prefer another one, explain that accurately. If the parcel contains a different option from the confirmed order, document the difference and use the wrong-item checklist; the policy treats confirmed shipping errors and faults separately. In either case, keep the item unchanged while instructions are unresolved. Statutory rights remain unaffected, and neither a support request nor this guide establishes that a refund or replacement has been approved.
