Wig Package Says Delivered but You Have Not Received It?
If your wig order is marked delivered but you cannot find it, first open the tracking record on the named carrier’s official website and check the recorded delivery details. Look in the relevant delivery locations, then report the missing parcel to the carrier and EVUNIA with your order reference and the facts you have checked. A delivery scan, a missing-parcel report and an approved refund are different records; do not treat one as proof of the others.

1. Check the delivery details before deciding what happened
Match the tracking number with the shipment information for your order. Read the latest status, recorded date and delivery location, and compare the destination information with your order confirmation. Keep the two records together. A status such as awaiting pickup or attempted delivery needs a different next step from delivered; copying only the word delivered into a message can leave out useful information. Use the carrier named on the shipment rather than assuming that every EVUNIA parcel uses the same service.
For a parcel actually handled by USPS, its tracking-status guidance recommends checking the mailbox, porch, sheltered locations and household members. In an apartment, check with building management; a community mailbox key may identify a parcel locker. If the item is still missing more than one postal business day after its delivered scan, USPS directs customers to a local Post Office service request for eligible items. This is a USPS instruction, not a waiting rule for every carrier or a reason to delay telling EVUNIA about the issue.
Keep your check proportionate and factual. Note where you looked and whether another person accepted a parcel; do not state that a neighbor took it or that it was stolen without evidence. Save a screenshot of the tracking details and any carrier case reference. Keep the full address, tracking number and order reference in private correspondence rather than posting them in a public comment. If the carrier is different, follow its own official missing-delivery process instead of submitting a USPS request for an unrelated tracking number.

2. Report non-receipt separately from a late-delivery credit
Contact EVUNIA at [email protected] or through the website’s WhatsApp link. Give the order reference, exact selected option, tracking number, carrier, scan date and time, and a short list of the checks already made. For an Aurora CF030-01 order, identify that option rather than writing only wig. A useful opening is: My tracking shows delivered on [date/time], but I have not received the parcel. I checked [locations/household/building]. Please help check the delivery record and confirm the next steps. Change the wording to match what actually happened.
EVUNIA’s shipping policy states delivery within 15 calendar days after successful payment to supported destinations, with tracking emailed after dispatch. It describes a $10 credit when delivery is late and explains that this compensation does not replace your rights if an order is lost, never shipped or otherwise not delivered. Ask support to address the non-receipt report itself rather than treating a late-delivery credit as settlement of a missing parcel. Keep the carrier record and the store’s response together; a report alone does not establish that a replacement or refund has been approved.
If the parcel is subsequently found, update the same support conversation so the investigation uses the current facts. Inspect the arrival without altering it. If a parcel arrived but contains a different option, use the wrong-item checklist instead; that is a different issue from having no parcel. Keep the distinction clear while the case is reviewed. This guide does not determine responsibility for a particular delivery or establish that a claim has been accepted.
